4 Years Post-Op

Good Day fellow members.

I'm from Windsor, Canada. I started my journey at 350lbs. I am almost 4 years post-op and RNY has been the best decision of my life.

You CAN do this. I wont lie... its not easy, but once you set your sights on being a healthier person and dont look back you will be sitting at your computer posting the "new you" pics in no time. You will go thru plateaus... dont get discouraged, the weightloss will start back up. Continue with the new eating habits, dont revert to old habits and you will be a completely new person.

You're half the man you used to be! Congratulations on all the hard work paying off!
