  11. Hello everyone. I've been absent for a minute so I just wanted to share my progress. RNY: August 22, 2013 SW: 296 CW: 245

  13. Oh so that's what restriction is! O_O So for the first 2 weeks I didn't have a problem with anything. Could take my vitamins, drink water, protein shakes (the ones that didn't taste nasty to me), soft foods, etc. Nothing made me sick or feel bad. Until now. . First a little egg got stuck and I had to throw up. Then, taking this calcium pill that's the size of my head had me bent over the trash can in my kitchen. I'm going to get chewable calcium first thing in the morning!
  14. My first few were black and tar like. Then it turned green.
  15. Not embarrassing at all. Yes, I had 3 the first week and 2 the second week. So far I haven't had any problems with that except the ones the first week hurt a little. This week has been fine except it is very little which is to be expected since I'm not eating much of anything.
