I've tried this...not bad when you have a craving but it took me at least 2 months to tolerate a 1/4 cup due to the lactose. Wouldn't stock up on too much dairy till you know if you can handle it.

I try breyers no sugar. It's ok. I'm not a ice cream person or sugar person so I don't care much for it.

Some sugarfree ice cream is to sweet for me so i like soft serve ice cream vanilla cone its low sugar not to sweet and 170 cal it satifies me
