Looking good girl!

Good job everyone!!! Good luck at your 3 month appointment!!! I don't go till February 13. I finally broke my 4 week stall. During that time I didn't lose squat. Not even inches that I can tell but yesterday I couldn't stop eating and I woke up and I had lost 2 pounds this morning wooohoooo!!! So total lost now is 65 pounds 54 since surgery

I broke this morning too!! Finally! Down 3# this morning! Anxious to see how compares to drs scales

My doctor scales are always 2 pounds less then mine. So I just go by mine

I had surgery 1/15 ! I was 264 before surgery I am now 240 1/23. I feel good but I still have some pain. I have my post op visit 1/24. I am not hungry but I do want to taste food again.

Great checkup-down 28% of excess weight-right on track--he said the stalls are completely normal and that weight loss will continue--back in another 3 mos

I have not reached my 64 oz of fluids a day. I try but I just don't see how I am going to do that by sipping. Is anyone else having this issue?

I stopped counting ounces. I know I wont reach 64 I just drink when I'm thirsty

I'm having one of those weeks! I go to see my dr for 3 month next week and really wanted to be down 60#--I've come to the realization it's not going to happen. I've lost 50# since surgery but still feel behind <img src='http://www.bariatricpal.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' /> RNY 10/23/12

50 is great! At my 3 month, my Dr. said that 50 pounds at 3 months is what he expects so you sound like your doing great! Remember your building muscle too! :) Good luck!
