I mix the potatoes with golden mushroom Soup puree the soup first then mix them together. It is really good. -

I have not reached my 64 oz of fluids a day. I try but I just don't see how I am going to do that by sipping. Is anyone else having this issue? -

I had surgery 1/15 ! I was 264 before surgery I am now 240 1/23. I feel good but I still have some pain. I have my post op visit 1/24. I am not hungry but I do want to taste food again.
