Doc said to do the the 1st part of South Beach not all liquid? Anyone else?

Hey,

My doctor says I need to do the ( 1st two weeks part of the) South Beach Diet not all liquid? Anyone else done, doing or going to do like this?

I sounds a lot better then doing all liquid?

You mean before surgery, instead of Optifast?
