Hey, Hey, Hey.....I called my insurance just to get an update and found out my surgery date is set for Nov 6th.....I guess Ill wait to hear it from my bariatric clinic to make sure its definite but seems like I may be on my way to a better, healthier, and let's not forget SLIMMER me,lol!!!!!!!!!

Lol I needed a surgery sista lol . Keep us posted what the clinic says. Call them and find out. Wishing you a good date even if its bit the 6 th you can always be my surgery Sista lol .

Well you officially have one now...And honey you know I will be calling them soon as they open up to get definite information....Have you started a liquid diet or anything yet?

No I haven't started I start on oct 21 I. Am doing the optifast then surgery lol I go for pre op on oct 24 . Do u think you will have to be on a liquid diet? If so how long

I actually dont know yet what Im going to do..they havent really gave me any indication as to what will happen. At least I know if I do have a liquid diet it wont be for four weeks...what is optifast?

Oh and what do you have to do during preop?

I just have to do my Optifast for 2 weeks and at my PAtts I have blood work meet with a nurse, the person who puts you to sleep, and I think thats it. I meet with the surgeon on wednesday 17 to pick up my drink
