Hi bam...are you logging your food? Are you exercising? When you do eat...are you choosing foods that will keep you full longer vs something liquidy, salads or Soups?

Always the best bet....call your nutritionist. They have lots of ideas on what can be done.

I know mine is very helpful and has lots of suggestions for any food situation. :)

Definitely time to talk with your nutritionist. Maybe make an appointment. Also there is something out there called the 5 day pouch test which is supposed to be a big help I jump start weight loss.
