I have 1year and 8 months struggling a little. Started gaining weight I can EAT and sometimes I feel I can't stop I'm back to walking but feeling like its not working !!!!

Don't know what to do now when I eat I feeing sick! Ugh

How many calories should I be eating after a year and 1/2 ??

Isopure is ok but i got tired of them I would freeze then also you only can drink so much one bottle took a day or day1/2 to drink what I did my sergury was in jan so at christmas I asked for that kinds of gifts so I had it stocked up

Wow after I posted and read the replays it hit me I was being lazy I was working out but lacking so I started walking for 1 hour every day no matter what also tracking my food how I was tought befor I had the Sergery and I must Rember IT'S A TOOL!! Thank for the push..

8 months post op and I feel that I'm gaining weight back I feel my pants getting tight . I try not to eat but I'm starting to feel hungry all the time and find my self grazing. Help!! Cant go back !!!!

I'm also looking for the same things I know a person who has had it done in Mexico I'll ask for the info the people that I know have went there and thy look good I still have 5 months to go before I make a year..

Depends on the food but I'll say about 1 cup to 11/2 cup or one taco the most is 2 taco but felt stuffed

I'm hoping I'm doing the right things? I can eat all kinds of foods, but not that much. but I still have a hard time with chicken and eggs, meat dose anyone else have those problem ??

It been 4 months since surgery and I'm down 60 pounds and loving it feel so light and heathy. Now it's time to tighten up all the loose skin...

hi i wanted to know if you got the WL surgery thu kaiser woodland hills . I just got a referrl 2 weeks ago but im waiting for woodland hill to send me a letter. if you did the WL surgery how long did it all take? and how long to get in to the options class. thank you
