Stressing Out!

I don't know what I should be losing each week. I had my 4 week weigh in and I am 28lbs down since surgery. Averaging 7 lbs a week. Is this too little?

7 pounds a week is great! Before you know it weeks will turn to months and you will be amazed at how much you've lost!

Weight lost is different for everyone. But as long as u are getting in ur Protein, Water and Vitamins u are doing great. I am three months out and now i average 2 lbs a week.
