Shrimp?

M now on my 5th week just bought some Shrimp to eat now I have a friend that had surgery 5 yrs ago telling me to not eat it but it is on my list of things to eat... But see dr on Monday for the Clarence. Do you's think it is ok? I asked my family dr and she said yea should be fine!

Should be fine. Don't over cook it and chew well! Ive heard it can get stuck if its tough and dry.

IMO if my dr says it is okay, that is what I go by. I eat it all the time.

This is my first time ever eating it too!! Never ate seafood before but figured I should try it since its high in protein and good for ya lol

Just had some for dinner -granted I chopped them up in the food processor. 3 was all it took to fill me up. If you want shrimp cocktail, there are some great low carb or sugar free ones out there!

Juss had shrimp for dinner im 4 weeks out dr says its fine...i juss cooked it with some onions and peppers took 3 to fill me up they r a great source of protien.
