To Make Things A Little Easier.

what are some things other then vitamins and protein shakes that us pre oppers should buy to make things a little easier post op.

I was at the market not long ago & I didn't notice the protein but I saw the bote. Gotta check again.

I gave up diet soda and my favorite sweet tea and sugar free red bull a lil over a year ago I was at a weigh in for when I was on adipex and he said you should really give up Ur sodas and I was like y I only I only drink diet and he said Ur body doesn't know the diffrene and I was like yeah maybe down the road and he was like y not now and idk y but something clicked for me and I lot 18lbs in the two weeks I stopped I haven't had any since I drink unsweetened tea and water so glad I did I miss my red bull sometimes but it was a habit I didn't think I could ever kick :)

Same with me ! I love the energy drink NOS and I had to give them up :( sad occasion but after all the weight is gone lol I might actually have REAL energy lol

Lol the kind that doesn't involve a crash at the end ! Real energy means I can wake up and feel refreshed and not have to pop a NOS lol ... It's bad for me anyways but with being in college , they come in really handy ! Idk what I'm going to do now lol .

I've got NO energy now. I wake up exhausted and it stays that way all day! Not helpful being a grad school student lol. I'm hoping the surgery will boost my energy with all that weight loss after a few months.

Idk why but i was hoping that I could fix my insomnia issues after surgery but so far not happening. Thought I could take pain meds and go to bed early from being tired but not so much. Hopefully exercising will help!

I'm kinda hoping the same thing. Im still preop. But I was hoping surgery and exercise would improve my sleep.
