Diet Diaries/calorie Counters

Recommended Posts

I had been using "everyday health calorie counter" free app. Then I heard people talking on here about " my fitness pal" so I tried it. I couldn't figure out how to change portion size, or add mid morning, afternoon snack. I went back to my original app. If anyone is interested I highly recommend the "everyday health calorie counter" you can adjust the serving size and has a lot of the same things as my fitness pal. Happy charting!!

Thank you Lynn I tried to change it but it keeps wanting to post the standard size which is more then double my actual serving size. With everyday health cal counter it let's you put in as little as 1/4 of an ounce or 1/8 of a cup, all the way up. New Cassie try to do your food tracking, both of these apps are good and it makes it easy to go back and look if you have an issue with a food or if you are looking for something that you liked. Good luck! I don't know if these are available on droid I use my iPod.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
