I am 11 days post op, I eat 3 meals a day. I get in maybe a tbsp of cottage cheese or a pinky finger size of turkey breast )deli slices thick. 1/2 a scrambled egg . So very small amounts. It takes me at least an hour to get a protein shake down also. Small amours chew and mush. Worry about proteins, water and walking

I can eat 4 ozs! I'm 22 weeks out!

I can eat 4 oz of some things, like cottage cheese. I can still only eat two oz of things like meat or other dense foods. I'm six weeks out. I'm worried it's too much.

I swear everything gives me diarrhea - day 11. Does this go away?

You may be lactose intolerant. That happened to me, but it does get better!

I can only eat about 2oz but sugarfree snowballs keep me happy I can get in 8oz in about an hour and I feel like I ate something. No dairy it kills me.
