Out Of Control

Have been eating so much this weekend! I need to get back on track and watch my calorie intake!!!!! Ugh, I don't know what is making me pig put!

you can stretch it out over time....one or two pig outs doesnt do it....many, and you can.

I spell it all wrong but glad it was understood :)

Like for example if you ignore the full feeling & keep on eating don't you vomit? If I ignore the full feeling even with Water I vomit. I'm learning my lesson. OMG! If you stretch out your stomach then there was no point for surgery in the first place. I went in with my eyes open & prepare for a life change of maybe when the time comes to eat normal food to only eat rice or Pasta twice a week no more then that,and the rest fruits & vegetables,and if eating out with family which haven't happen in a while due to bills. It will be boil fish & diet menu item.
