I have surgery tomorrow at noon and IM SCARED!!!!!!! I'm sitting here second guessing my decision ugh I guess it's normal BUT I'm scared!,, wish I could just relax ugh gonna be a long long day.

Don't be scared. I just had surgery thurs& am doing ok. You'll do great. Just remember to focus on you. Let others help u.

Thanks I'm trying to keep busy and not think about it but it's hard. I'm so afraid of messing up and hurting and complications etc. just hope today goes by fast. Glad your doing well since your surgery.

Watch a movie or read a book to get your mind off it if that helps.

I was lucky I worked a 12 hr shift and didn't get home until 8pm the day before my surgery so didn't have much time to think about it.

I was terrified of surgery

The anticipation was far worse than the actual surgery. I had quite a bit of other work done. Please try to not be anxious. If I had known how relatively easy this would be, how great and healthy I would feel..I would have done this earlier. You will do great!
