Did you go over your calories and fats and sugars or whatever you're tracking? If not, you are prob okay. If yes, work out a little more to tomorrow and just don't eat another one for a while. You'll do okay. ((Hugs))

at least it wasn't a package of cookies.

Honey, I don't want to live in a world where one cookie is the difference between "good" and "bad". Cookie or no cookie, you're doing just fine!

^^^what she said.

Don't worry about it, though I understand how you feel. One cookie won't derail you and tomorrow is a new day! :)

Thanks all. I yoga-ed it into the past. But I don't wanna hide my like indiscretion or it will become a BIG whole package sized indiscretion. If I tell my man, it will become a however many it takes to not kill him sized indiscretion. So I came to you folks. Good decision.

Good work on having a good attitude about it. It's going to happen. No one expects you to never eat a cookie again. We each just have to find the appropriate balance for ourselves. Keep up the good work!

I just ate 5 cheese doodles ughh im right there with ya.

I ate a few french fries at lunch just because I wanted them. Fortunately, I was able to pass most of them off to a coworker after I had eaten all I wanted (about 6). I gotta put that in the win column. Like I told my husband when we were talking about how long bags of snacks last now... at least the bag of chips or whatever actually lasts about the number of servings on the label instead of the entire bag turning into a 15 minute snack in front of the tv. WINNING!

I eat cookies all the time. I never confess it. Didn't know there was any foods off limit? Certainly not just 1...

I'm low carb (dr orders)so cookies are not yet on the list. I have to confess everything. For me secrecy breeds shame and shame leads to binges.

That is really awesome that you are so self aware. Learning what you need to do and following through to take care of yourself is the key to the whole thing. I know you are going to be super successful!

Whatever dude, its not a big deal, its the choices you make every day, not the occasional slip ups. Don't eat cookies every day, and you will be fine.
