Where were you sleeved?

Here in florida.. But i havent follow instructions that well.. I am very tired of liquids so ive eaten little pureed veggies, crackers and string cheese. I am so scared because i have a very bad pain in my lower abdomen but to the right only.. It must be a leak :'(

Ok. I am sorry this is happening to you. Please call your doctor right away or go to the ER. I have read through all your posts and it sounds like you really need help. Please. This is dangerous for you.

Leak symptoms:

Running a fever for no apparent reason

Stomach pain

Abdominal swelling

Difficulty in catching your breath

Rapid shallow breathing

Feeling very weak, and ill

Please go to the ER.

Or gallbladder, or appendix or a hernia, or constipation. But I agree with other posters, go to the ER!

go talk to your on-call doctor or the place that did your surgery. better to err on the side of keeping the peace.

And you really do need to ponder what you can do to get your head in the game. I guarantee that string cheese or crackers are a LONG way out after surgery, no matter how much you want (or believe you) need them. I am not worried about the sleeve. I am worried about you. Please keep us posted.

Hope all is well. Please keep us posted.

Keep checking your temperature....when I had my leak my temperature soared to 104....Then I knew I was in trouble!

I'm going to echo the sentiments above, go get yourself checked out. Keep us posted. Good luck.

I agree with everyone above...remember you just had major surgery and you're still at risk through 6 weeks post op.

Better to be safe than sorry...keep us posted!!
