How do you know you're full

I don't get that feeling in my stomach that says STOP. Before I know I feel like something is in my throat and sometimes throw up. Please educate me. I can't find anything in the book they sent home with me.

Maybe you need to try slowing down when you eat, which is really the only thing I can think of. Also assuming you are not already taking your time. If you are, then I am no help! Haha Good luck!

I have to eat slowly (it wasnt easy to get used to). I take a bit maybe every minute. I savor it, enjoy it, taste the heck out of it, chew it to oblivion and wait a minute for the next tasty morsel.

I have absolutely no idea how to tell when I'm full either. I have no appetite. I can only tell when I drink that something is my stomach because my stomach will gurgle. I've been eating soup but I've been using these tiny little bowls and eating just what's in the bowl. I can get about 3 1/2 meals out of a can of soup. I have no idea if I'm doing it right or wrong. I don't get uncomfortable or throw up after though. Here is a pic of the bowl and spoon I use. I bought three for a dollar at the Dollar General store. They were little ice cream bowls.
