Lettuce doesn't sit well with everyone. Just go slow and treat it like you would be introducing new food to a baby. I get the runs whenever I have lettuce so I just avoid it now.

Hello everyone! I'm 3 months out and I have been cleared to eat whatever I want. Today I had lettuce for the first time. Made lean beef tacos with tomato, avocado, a little but of shredded cheese. For the first time I had lettuce. I made the taco shell with lettuce...kinda like a lettuce wrap. So right when I was about to finish my second taco my stomach started to cramp. Thanks in advance
