Loose skin in 40s?

Hi, I am soon to be 49 and am starting the VGS process. I have my seminar on 9/4. I have about 125 pounds to lose.

My question is with exercise, is possible for our body's to get in shape at this age? I am also beginning menopause.

I have a brand new gym at work that is free so I have everything at my disposal to get in shape.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Terri

I'll be 42 and I had about 120 lbs to lose (19 to go), and my skin has been pretty good. My massage therapist commented on how well my skin has rebounded. The main exception is my arms. I'll be having that excess skin removed in a couple months. My PS told me that is the one area where the collagen in the skin is limited, so the elasticity isn't very good.

Watch this video thoroughly, you'll see just how possible it is to look great considering the massive loss!
