I ordered the sample pack from Unjury. I mixed the vanilla and the chocolate with skim milk and PB2. Could tolerate both! But looking into purchasing big tubs, Isopure seems to have some great reviews too. Both are pricey, but that is not that big of an issue. Which is better tasting? And better for you?

Do you have a Vitamin Shoppe or GNC near you? They will accept returns even if the item is opened, in case you do not like it. I do not know what the policy is at GNC but Vitamin Shoppe will give store credit. I was not impressed with Unjury for the cost. I have never tried any Isopure flavors but the unflavored is VILE and I ordered it online so I am out that money. I think any time I try something new it will be from Vitamin Shoppe from now on just in case I want to return it.

I would go with Unjury hands down, I love their unflavored because it really is unflavored and I have added to Soups and sugar free puddings, also I had a flavor I didn't like and no questions asked on their return policy - I sent it back and they gave me my money back...great customer service!!!

Isopure makes me a little nauseous so I prefer to go with a Protein Powder. Unjury is good, but so is Syntrax and other brands. Protein powders are just one of those post op necessities you have to spend money on at least for 6 weeks while you are healing. I am strange and love daily Protein Shakes, even at 13 months.

I also love Protein Shakes and work them into my diet accordingly. I have a premier after my morning workout BCAA/creatine drink, then a bottles Isopure (live the peach mango and grape flavora) diluted 1:1 with Water for a 40 ounce plus fluids. Then another before bed so my body has something to work off of while I sleep. I like the funky tasting ones though, they don't bother me so I go for the fortress brand at Walmart. Inexpensive comparably and has great reviews on quality and taste.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
