Do ppl not lose at all?

Recommended Posts

I've been stuck in the same 10 lb range and I thought I broke my pleateau when I lost the 4 lbs but I feel like im stuck again. Im already exercising. Is there any way ppl don't lose at all or even half the weight? Maybe I'm just an extremely slow loser but its nerve wrecking too. Any suggestions of what to do?

I will be 7 weeks on Tuesday and I am the same way. I was stuck and started walking and lost 4 pounds. Now I am stuck again. I am eating good and exercising and the scale does not move. I feel like my clothes are not as tight but this scale thing is aggravating.

I'm at 2.5 months. I was stalled around week 6 to week 8. Then started doping like crazy. Everyone is different. Just take comfort in knowing that it WILL happen and be patient.

What kind of things are you eating along with any excercise you do?

Yes you have to eat eating is the key to losing weight,i set my timer every two hours to remind my self to eat, because i'm ever hungry.and also I had to stop my treadmill for a while and I started losing faster.you may not be eating enough to burn,so make sure you eating,so don't get discourage it will start dropping again :)

Everyone is different and lose at a different pace. Take comfort in knowing you will lose if you are doing everything right.

I stall every 3 weeks for 3 weeks at a time and I know how you feel. But I do take comfort in knowing that at the end of each stall is a bigger loss! Good luck :)

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
