    Hi Kennedy, I am Sheila and I'm getting my surgery there supposedly in August, but I don't have my official date as of yet. Currently I am just waiting on my 6 month diet required by my insurance to be over, then it is "all systems go"! Although they are still trying to force RNY on me because I'm diabetic.

    Let me know how it's going for you. I'm happy to meet someone from my neck of the woods! Ttyl.

    I was lucky. Insurance didn't require a wait. A little nervous. Have you done any testing etc? I wanted the RNY but because of meds I take for arthritis they are doing a sleeve. Why are they wanting to do the RNY?
