Spacing and not able to make lists in my threads

Recommended Posts

I can't see to break my posts into paragraphs. When I try to use the enter key, or even just click lower than where I'm typing it just pops right back to the very next available space. For example when I made my list of 10 things I am looking forward to I had to just make a jumbled paragraph. How can I fix this?

Hi,

Are you posting from a desktop or a mobile app?

I'm posting from the desktop and I can create new lines.

See?

If you're using a mobile app, which one? iOS or Android? If you're using a browser, what browser are you using? Please include the browser version as well.

Thanks!

I have been having the same problem out of the blue - my work around was to make a word doc and cut and paste from there- just a bit clunky...I am on Windows 7 desktop as well.

I would love to get some help with this - As I type on my PC running Windows 7 64 bit - now I am using italics, which I have not selected. Sometimes I attempt to post and strikethrough is what I get - again I have not selected this option, nor can I post and have it do anything else unless I write my posts in Word and cut and paste onto a new reply or post. So frustrated!!!!!!! See now it is underlined! Is this something on my end? It just recently showed up. HELP PLEASE.

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
