Whatever it is, I'm ready to start losing again. I had gotten 20 pounds from my goal and now I'm 25~! Ugghhhhh I'm so ready to get this last 25 pounds of weight off and meet my goal. I'm 13 months out and haven't lost anything in 2 months! I know I'm not following my diet like I'm supposed to. I know what I need to do but I feel old habits creeping back into my life!! Sweets!!! It is so easy to eat them and they go down so well with no restriction. I'm scared! I'm scared I may gain back everything I've lost which is 115 pounds. It was 120 but I've gained 5 pounds. I just have to get a hold on this and get back on track. I can't go back. I just can't!!!! I know what I need to do, I just needed to vent. I've not been drinking enough Water or getting enough Protein in. I've been suffering with low blood pressure to for a few weeks. I know it is from not drinking enough or taking care of myself. Why oh WHY would I want to go back to bad habits and not take care of myself?? I don't know. When I look at the pics I've attached. I know I've lost but I'm not satisfied. I want more! I want to make my goal!!

I feel for you Lisa. I'm 13 months out too. I stopped losing just short of my goal, and nothing I've done has changed my weight. What's really hard is when you're strict and the weight still doesn't move. Makes it hard to be strict...makes me wanna cheat a little. And I have. Those sweets you mentioned...oh yes they do go down way too easy. I'm trying to turn it around though. But it takes that same kind of determination and motivation we had when we first took the plunge and had surgery. We have to dig down deep and find that.

Lisa, u look fantastic! I am only 6 wks out and have already learned that sweets are the devil in disguise. I thought I would no longer be interested in them. But let a box of donuts sit next to you all day and u could swear they are sirens luring u in. I am developing a strategy to keep me safe. 1. Walk away. They bring these deicacies in at work all the time. When they were calling to me, I literally got up and walked away. Went for a walk around the block. 2. Have a healthy snack available at all times. 3. If someonr tries to force the bd cake on u, tell them u are allergic. You are, it makes u breakout in fat. Lol. But I am preaching to the choir. You've got this. You know yourself better than anyone after this amazing journey you have been on. You can do it. Maybe change up ur exercise routine. Find a Fluid u like and put a ring on it. Lol. Not getting enough fluid would make anyone stall. That is how ur body gets rid of toxins and fat. Doc told me if u dont get enough fluid your body will try to hold on to it. You r an inspiration to us newbies and Butterbean too. You look"mahhvalus darling".

Lisa, I'm sorry to read the frustration in your post, but if you only knew what an inspiration what you HAVE lost is to us newbies, you might feel a tiny bit better! You have come SO far, and you look amazing! You might feel very discouraged right now, but from the outside looking in I see someone who has battled their way to this point and will surely succeed! Don't give up, you can lose those last few pounds. You have done a great job, and it shows!!

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
