Lots of green beans seems to help me. Otherwise, it's yucky Milk of Magnesia time for me. :P

of course prunes and prune juice. sweet but you only need a tiny bit.

Anything with flax seed in it. Learned that lesson over the last week.

1/2 cup fiber one cereal per day keeps my channels open.

I loved using that til I realized there was aspartame in it!! Sad panda.

Wondering about flax seeds. How do you use them?

Miralax a couple times a week helps me.

Funny story about prunes. When my daughter was about 3 she got a little constipated and the doctor told me to give her a few prunes. The bag of prunes said that a serving was 4, and she was little so I gave her 2. Well, she liked them so much she wanted more. So I gave her 2 more. Then she wanted more so I told her no.

A couple of days later she got up early. Went into the kitchen, opened the refrigerator (first time she had ever been able to open it herself), and got out the bag of prunes and sat down to watch TV. She ate about half a bag of prunes before I found her. It wasn't long before she knew why I wouldn't let her eat as many prunes as she wanted.

You can't have aspartame? I put splenda in lots of stuff

Splenda is sucralose.

And??? I don't care for artificial sweeteners in mass quantities but the amount in 1/2 cup of Fiber one is pretty minimal. And aspartame specifically has been proven over and over again to be safe despite being rigorously studied over and over again.

I had not gone in a week in a half I got dill pickel juice from the jar added one cup dill juice one cup Water waited half an hour stayed on the toilet for more than 2 hours seriously

This seems unconventionally and I discovered it totally by mistake, but anything with sugar alcohols. Not ideal, and I never eat products with it anymore because it upsets my stomach. But "sugar free" chocolates are usually the biggest culprits. I eat 3 of them and within an hour it hits. They do have calories though and can be addicting because they taste like the real things, so only in case of emergencies!

Aspartame and saccharine are migraine triggers for me. I was a Sweet 'N Low lover for a LONG time before I realized it was not helping me!! Luckily I discovered Stivia, I like the brand they have at GNC....it saved me!!! :)

Flaxseed is actually a healthy choice for numerous reasons I think. My husband's cardiologist told us about it. I guess it's good for cholesterol. Find some 'ground' and you can sprinkle it on/in anything. Some say it has a slight 'nutty' flavor, I thought it was pretty much flavor free. I've sprinkled it in casseroles, spaghetti sauce and on oatmeal.
