Sleeved May 28th

I got sleeved last Tuesday and am heading to work this morning with my water and protein shake. I feel pretty good, but know I will be wiped out by this evening.

I am down 15lbs from my pre-op weight. Only about 105lbs to go.

Way Cool!!!

I was also sleeved on Tuesday...feeling not too bad. I'm going to head back to work tomorrow. Congratulations on the success so far!

The first few weeks back at work were hard for me! I found that increasing my protein really helped with the fatigue. I was just bone tired weary! A couple of days I just lay on the couch and cried, I just did not feel like I could drag my butt into the car and drive in, then work a full day. Hydration and protein were key. I got those levels up and felt a million times better! I hope your return to work goes well! Good luck!

Good luck today!!!

I just went to Kohl's and bought some shorts 2 sizes/4" smaller. This is starting to be fun! :-)

Same here, 5/28! I am down 30 lbs. I just went into my closet today, and was able to zip up pants I have not been able to get into in about 8 years! Granted, I still had extreme muffin top and could not bend, but just the fact I could zip them up made me gasp. This still seems unreal to me at times! :) Anyone else have that feeling?

28th also down 57 lbs feel great !! Glad everyone is doing so well.
