  3. One more week makes 4months. I feel great and this was the best thing I ever did.
  4. Everything will be fine and it will all go by quick. Do you go to the meetings at Monmouth medical? I'm gonna go this month maybe ill see you there. The first week is the hardest after that your good .
  5. Hey guys nj here I had my surgery done may28th and I'm down 86 lbs already dr binninbaum did my surgery and all went well dr boreo is a great dr and asst in mine.

  7. Same here I am able to eat anything just not much. I'm down 73 lbs and I was sleeved on may 28th.
  8. I know it's easier said then done but just cut the **** and get back on track. Look at old pics of yourself and look at you now. You don't want to go back . I know you like the girlies sweatin you now! Lol

  13. Don't worry just drink as much as you can . Everyone has trouble with the water and protein in the beginning. Try isopure Dutch chocolate mix it with 12 oz of water and its 52 grams of protein. I would drink one of those and as much water as possible. The eating and drinking at the same time part was the thing I was worried about the most. I could never not drink while I was eating but after the surgery you eat so little so it's really not bad at all.
  14. I feel good, the first week was tough but it gets better. I've been on solids since week 4 no problems with anything.

  16. Do it for you! I always get pissed when people say things like its the easy way out. I bet more than half couldn't even do the two week pre op diet. It's definitely tough and it gets better with time. I'm a little over a month andim down 57 lbs and I feel great. You know yourself better than anyone else so if you want to do it sign up and don't look back.
  17. 28th also down 57 lbs feel great !! Glad everyone is doing so well.
  18. I just had the blue and the red one not sure of the nAmes but they are just so sweet. The isopure Dutch chocolate protein shake is really good .
