  1. I am six months out and down 75 lbs. I am still seeing the fat lady when I think about how I look. I'm working on getting my brain caught up. Sometimes when I see my reflection, it takes a minute to even realize it's me. I love my sleeve!

  3. . The top pic was taken in July before my July 22 surgery. I was at 250 lbs. The bottom pic was taken Monday, Dec. 16. Down 67 lbs. it's going slower than I expected, but it is going!

  15. I'm 68. Had surgery July 22. Started at 249 and down to 193. I've had knee replacement on both knees, but my hip and back pain had gotten pretty bad. I still have 50 lbs. to lose, but I feel better than I have in 30 years. The pain level is lower than I ever expected! Wishing you good luck on your journey. It is so worth it.   22. Yesterday I was feeling down because the scale hasn't moved in a while. Yesterday I weighed 203.8 lbs. Today I weigh 198.2!!! I'm 8 weeks out and that's my biggest loss. Can't tell you how much my mood has improved. Sent from my iPhone using VST
  23. I'm 8 weeks and can only eat about one ounce of meat, but around four ounces of yogurt. The instructions from my dietician say only up to two ounces of meat at this point. Depends on what your instructions say. Sent from my iPhone using VST
