AT LAST! Under 200!

Yesterday I was feeling down because the scale hasn't moved in a while. Yesterday I weighed 203.8 lbs. Today I weigh 198.2!!! I'm 8 weeks out and that's my biggest loss. Can't tell you how much my mood has improved.

That's awesome! I can't wait for that day. I just had my surgery today and I feel pretty good. Not as bad as I had convinced myself it would be!

Congrats! I felt good after, too. It wasn't nearly as bad as I expected.
