  2. I am so sorry to hear that you have told have another surgery....sounds like you have had one helluva year. I'm also sorry that you have hubby issues on top of it all. No one "chooses" too be fat...that's crazy. What you did do, however, was choose to get healthy and have the sleeve surgery. I commend you for that...I know how tough it can be.   8. I want to shop for clothes I love and not for what fits. I want to wear lingere, keep the lights on (if ya know what I mean), enjoy my next vacation without all of the self-conscience crap, wear a swimsuit , wear a belt. My list goes on....simple and silly but I want them.
  9. I was sleeved on May 28th....down 46.5 pounds. (Including eight pre-op days)
  10. I had my surgery on a Tuesday and was back to work the following Tuesday!
  11. As soon as I was able to get 800 to 1000 calories...the weight came off much faster. I think my body was in shock from the sudden reduction and it stored what it could. Hang in there!!)
  12. When doing research before I had the surgery, I read that gastric patients who smoke are at a much higher risk of stomach ulcers.
  13. I'm also down 25 pounds in two weeks. Sleeved May 28th....
  14. I was also sleeved on Tuesday...feeling not too bad. I'm going to head back to work tomorrow. Congratulations on the success so far!
  15. I'm off to the airport! Heading to see Dr. Ponce de Leon in Mexico!! My new life begins in a few hours!!!
