  4. I'm one week out. It's hard but you just have to look at the outcome. I have already lost 11lbs in one week.
  5. I am 1 week post vs and let me tell ya the surgery was a piece of cake and the hospital stay for me. I have had some very tough days I have cried even though I was warned by everyone that had the procedure I knew that this is normal. I just keep my eye on the prize of a happier healthier me. My sister n law had lost 87 lbs in 9 months. Just know you will have bad days and you will say why did I do this it's gonna happen no matter how much you prepare yourself. Just know everyday you wake up gets better. Good luck
