I feel like im eatting toooo much

Hi I'm a little over 4 weeks, and I'm trying to figure out a few things. Started on soft foods a week ago, today I ate 2/3 of a scrambled egg with cheese and a piece of bacon mixed in. Snack was a 100 cal yogurt. Lunch was half a scoop of tuna. Snack was the rest of the tuna. Dinner was a small chicken tamale (my wonderful neighbor made me some when she heard I could eat soft foods, I know it's not low carb but it was yummy!) snack tonight was a protein drink with frozen cherries.

I feel like I'm hungry every couple of hours, and its not head hunger. ( band for almost 6 years I know the difference) I have not had anything make me feel sick, I can drink and eat with no problems, and wait at least 45 min after to drink. I am trying to eat slow but don't need to, though is the slow mainly waiting for your stomach to realize you have had enough? I keep reading of others only eating 2-3 bites and being full, or 300 calories.... What the heck, am I doing it all wrong?

I have a similiar issue. I know my NUT told us to stick to 3 meals per day but honestly that's impossible. I'm usually not real hungry in the morning so I drink a protein shake and drink some water.

Same here. Revision on May 6th. No sign for feeling full. I can also eat what your eating no problem. I had pain and discomfort with every bite I took with the band so I am enjoying eating pain free. I do get a stomach ache if something doesn't agree with me which happens about 20 minutes after eating not like the band instantly. Takes some getting used to.

I get one of those stops, a runny nose or kind of a hiccup burp.... Unfortunately, it's about 20 minutes AFTER I'm finished eating. Not sure if I'm eating to fast or what.

This is real different then eating with the band.
