I am starting to get discouraged. I was sleeved on April 8th (abt. 6 weeks ago), and so far have lost 32 lbs. I was hoping it would be more! I am also having problems with my blood pressure medication, and dehydration. There are days I can drink Water and get in all I need, and then there are days that the thought of water and food just makes me sick
Even though I know I need. I am not walking like I should be. Actually I am not walking at all. I am too weak to walk. There are times my legs feel like a hundred pounds. I know why, one of my meds for high blood pressure. I've been to my doc.
I am just upset because I thought my progress would be going better than what it is now, and that I would be feeling better than I do now. I don't. I don't blame the surgery, or getting the sleeve. I know that's not the reason.
Today was weigh in day for me too, and I lost an entire 2 lbs! No I am not happy with that at all! It just adds to the discouragement.
How much of a role does water play in your weight loss?
Has anyone else ever dealt with weakness like I am?
Also I get horrible gas (in my chest) after I eat, no matter how slow, or little of bites I take. I use Gas X strips which I usually have to use 2 or 3 of. Is there ANYTHING else I can use either after or before to help with this? It makes me not want to eat all.
