Oh, the shame.

Today I answered the siren call of the carbs, and I'm so ashamed - started the day off with a half serving of frosted mini-wheats. Lunch saw me eat a bite EACH of: pizza, pasta shells, yakisoba noodles, roasted potatoes, AND a gyro with yogurt sauce. :( And, I just had a pop-tart. I .... don't know what got into me. I'm on my way to the gym now to run like mad and lift punishing weights and dinner will be plain tuna.

    Consider this...before, you wouldn't have been worried about a bite of pizza or pasta shells. You'd have been worried about eating a WHOLE pizza. Or a BOX of pasta shells. hehe

  • after losing 130#, you can't be tripped by a pop tart or a 'bite' of pizza. Get back on the program and your (obvious) successes will continue.

    I am not able to eat cereal in the morning because it sets me up for a carb inhale all freaking day. Sucks, because I love cereal. Have you tried (and I am sure you have) something else for breakfas

@Arts - it's only 105 lbs, I have another 57 lbs to goal :/

@Lipstick - girl, I've tried it all, there is no rhyme or reason to the carb craze. Some days I start off with a Protein shake and I'm full all day, other days I start off with a shake and can't stop eating all dang day.

I love being a girl, except times like this. I am doing NO CARBS at all, otherwise it's a total **** storm for me.

Me too! Carbs are my total downfall! So I stay the hell away from them!

Same here! It is amazing how a little pasta can stop the scale from moving in the right direction. I have to stay away from it completely.

I've noticed the same thing. If I eat anything before noon, it's low carb or a Protein shake. I've noticed if I do that, I don't crave carbs (bad carbs) as much the rest of the day.

Thank you, Hathery, everyone else, well aren't y'all just made of steel! <_<

Hanging my head and admitting I had ice- cream and choccies today too! However it was NOTHING like the oceans of junk I used to eat. Back on the wagon! Tally Ho!

Yup. This happens!

You can do it!

What's done is done. Please don't let this one mis-step take you off course. Use the guilt as fuel to make better decisions the next time. You got this!

I might as well jump in....went to a movie last night....enough said?!
