Hi, I didn't have mine until last week and I had surgery on Jan 23rd. Good Luck

i got mine coming home from surgery and then again 2 weeks later.... body is adjusting... hang in there

I've been getting mine every 3 weeks since surgery (I'm usually exactly 28 days) and they have been really heavy. It's a bummer bc the 10 days of fluid retention comes more frequently and makes it difficult for the scale to move during almost half of the month.....

I is still always on time the weird change for me is that all my cramping and uncomfortableness come 5 or 6 days before I start and last through the first 2 days of my period when it use to only be the first day or two that my cycle affected me. I'm 6 months out and still trying to adjust to it.
