I did not get sleeved yet but I am nervous enough about it and the recovery, without the added stress of doing that kind of physical activity 9 days out it will most likely stress you out to much with having that on your mind. Plus you want to be on your top game in the clinical and what if your on pain meds? Good luck with your decision and your surgery!
  2. Hi, that post was from may 25th. I don't want u to worry, but maybe u could look her up to see how she is making out?
  3. I am trying to figure this out and forgot to ask at my surgeon appointment, If my first visit was July 31,2012 and my insurance requires 6 months of Nutritionist visits when would my surgery be? I can't figure out if July counts as the first and my date would be in Dec.? Or does Aug. appoint count as first month and surg. would be in Jan. I think I am so excited I want it to be in Dec and am talking myself into it! Thanks Heather
  4. Hungry Girl cookbooks have tons of recipes with those shiritki noodles, she uses them in alot of her recipes, I have not been brave enough to try any though. You can also look on her website www.hungrygirl.com they have some there also.
