Hi - I got my surgery date - July 9th - is anyone in the San Diego area having their surgery around this time. I'm looking for one or more buddies to go down this road witrh.

I have been buying different shakes and sampling them. I love the Adkins and EAS Myoplex shakes and bars. Taste great. I bought a Magic Bullet, Unjury unflavored protein powder and 6 chicken soup packets. I'm going to get unflavored glee tan to add to the shakes to thicken them up a bit.

I'm a July Sleever 7/15/13 is my day in Raleigh NC. I live in Charlotte NC so I will be in Raleigh for at least 2wks my dr don't want me traveling until after 2wks visit.

You what kind of sucks? Tonight I went out with my friends and for the first time in. 15 years ....didn't care what - people thought of me. Because this is the last night I go out this fat...I didn't care. The self hating voices were silent.

I'm two weeks from being sleeved. If the rest of my life doesn't have the self hate voice like tonight does. I'm good. I can do this. I'm not scared.
