I'm almost 6 months out and 60 lbs down. I've had no hair loss. I get my protein in and drink water. I do not take biotin. I however do have really thick hair. Thank God

So excited finally being Sleeved tomorrow!! I'm excited now but that might change tomorrow. I'm ready to do what's needed to be successful for a healthier life style. Thanks you everyone for all the support and advice. It was truly appreciated
