Day 1 arrive at hospital 6:30 am for a 9:00 am surgery time, in which my surgery was moved up to 8:00 am it lasted for 2.5 hrs because I had to have a hernia repair done as well. Recovery Rm was very painful they had to give me 4 hits of morphine before moving me to the floor once I arrive on the floor I had a pain pump but the pain was not bad at all to my surprise, I walked around 7:00 pm, which really help with what little pain I had, I experience alot of nausea mainly which I was on phenegram injection. I walked again that morning at 2;30 am started feeling lots of gas in my back and stomach.


Day 2 pain level were good, just nausea, went down for a swallow test to ck for leaks everything was food no leaks at all so I can finally have a drink of water my mouth was so dry but not hungry. I was able to drink 1/2 pitcher of water and a bowl of chicken broth great.
