Going Crackers?
- Going Crackers?
Sorry just realized someone else already recommended these .- Going Crackers?
I have found Parmesan cheese crisps. They are delicious, crunchy and made totally of cheese. They are 80 cal, 6 grams of protein in 1 serving (3 good sized crackers. I love them with tuna salad. I think they sell them at whole foods but I buy them online. They are made by "kitchen table bakers", I think is the name- Bridesmaid dress question
I was sleeved 7/1 and getting married 9/1. I got my seamstress on board before surgery and she's doing most of the alterations last minute. I tried it on on Friday and she's got to take in 3 inches already.- Poop talk - sorry if it's TMI
Maybe talk to your doc about adding in a probiotic. My nut told us pre-op it was recommended, but not a required supplement- 2.5 weeks post surgery questions
I'm almost 4 weeks out and been suffering from the same thing. Nausea was bad up until 2 days ago. Before then I was nauseous all day long. My doctor said he wasn't concerned as long as I was able to get in my Protein, liquids, and supplements (which I can). He said for some reason sleevers sometimes have a lot of nausea for a time and then it just goes away. He also increased my Prilosec dose to twice a day instead of once. I'm hoping the nausea is gone for good but we will see. I do have zofran that I take for it and it helps. Energy levels are crap too. Went back to work last week and don't think I made it thru an entre day. You're not alone!- Indiana Sleevers
Yay!!! So excited for you!!- Indiana Sleevers
Awesome NSV!!- Nausea at 3 weeks
Did anyone else experience nausea at 3 weeks out? I was feeling good until about 5 days ago and then I started feeling nauseous throughout the day. It is sometimes along with heartburn. I am taking zofran regularly. Plus my doc upped my PPI and I'm on carafate. I am able to get my liquids and protein drinks in so the doc isn't super concerned. But I don't really want to eat and just feel overall crappy. Doc said that sometimes they have patients that just feel nauseous for a couple months and then it goes away. They aren't for sure why. Anyone else experience this?

- heartburn!
I'm right there with you!! I'm 3 weeks out today and it has been HORRIBLE since Thursday night last week. Called my doc today and they increased my Prilosec to twice a day (from once a day). Are you taking anything?- Which Bariatric vitamins, minerals and other dietary supplements do YOU take ?
- whats best for heartburn at 12 days from surgery?
I do the same- BJs Supplements website
I highly recommend BJ's! I ordered from them online and then realized they are right here in Indy! I stopped in last week. They have a very very small store (mostly Internet business) but its a mom and pop place. The guy who owns it was super helpful in helping me choice a calcium chew, let me try a bunch...he was just a really nice guy! I know I'm going to continue to buy my supplements from them. It's nice to support the family owned businesses.- Core exercises?
How soon after surgery can we start doing core exercises? And what did you do? I of course won't do anything without clearance from my doc. Just wondering- Which is the best?
I'm mixing a scoop in 20 ounces (1 bottle of vit water)
