Ate too much

I ate too much (not intentionally) and feel very sick. Food feels stuck in the back of my throat. Will the feeling pass soon or do I have to make myself throw up? Not a good puker :(

Just give it some time; I wouldn't make myself puke...a walk may help a little. It is hard to eat slow, but very, very important, or you will eat too much & not even realize it....hope you feel better soon!

i have done this a few times..all it takes is that one vote too many..i get up and walk around..it's always passed in a little while. feel better!

The feeling will pass...I don't recommend making yourself throw up. I have experienced what u are feeling a few times and that was a few too many. It has taught me to slow down and really chew my food thoroughly to a paste like substance to avoid what is called sliming. Taking small burps helped me as well as walking around or sitting upright. Good luck and remember chew chew chew....and just when h think you have chewed enough...chew some more!

I agree with the other two posts the best thing to do is walk it helps me when I've gone pass my satisfied point and I get that stuck feeling

Hope you feel better.

Isn't that an awful feeling? I did that the other night because I was trying to hurry so we could leave to go somewhere and all I really succeeded in doing was make myself feel awful before we left! It took about an hour to pass, ugh!

10. Learned I have to put myself first when it comes to eating lol

I did it too. McDonald's. :( had to throw up in the Walmart bathroom.

I usually have papaya enzyme tabs close by in case I need them. Work great in helping speed digestion.

I have done this a few times myself. Ate too fast or too big of a bite. I do not enjoy the feeling. Where can u get the papaya tablets?

I have seen them at Walmart for five bucks, def going to try them. I get sick a lot from eating too fast, about twice a week. I usually have to throw up, or slime. It is so gross! I will learn, I am a hardhead!
