I don't weigh myself daily and I bump my calories up a few times a week to keep my body confused. I'm in week #11 now, no stalls...yet!

Lucky you.. :(

Awwww... hang in there! Notice the operative word "YET" - I fully expect them as part of the process.

Go try on smaller clothes - you might be surprised!!

We'll all be here to Celebrate when yours breaks! Stay focused, you've got this!!!

I am also in a bit of a stall. I have decided that if the scale hasn't moved by tomorrow, it's time to switch things up. I am considering the following:

Adding extra calories a couple days a week (as other posters have suggested)

Going to a liquid diet for a few days (Dr. suggested this on Wed when I mentioned I was frustrated)

Doing the Atkins induction phase for 2 weeks and SEVERELY limiting carbs (I already limit carbs but it's definitely not under 20 per day)

Good luck- and dont worry, it'll break!

It's time to switch things up for sure.. Thanks hun.

Tru Moo seems to break my stalls. 1 glass. I don't weigh everyday but I've noticed the scale go down the next day if I had Tru Moo. Weird.
