  1. That is so ONEderful! Definitely a reason to celebrate. I'm about 40 lbs away from there... I can imagine it must feel pretty darn good.
  2. It was 1:30 pm eastern time. 10:30 am is Bloody Mary time!!! Well for those of you who wanted an update... I could only drink half (little less then half actually). It tasted great but made me feel really full and burp like crazy. So that's it for beer. I might have an occasional sip of my husbands in the future! It's hard for me to believe this would actually be something I would say but I don't think I'll miss it. I would rather feel and look good over having a beer.
  3. Sitting on the back deck enjoying my first beer post op. 50 lbs since 2/12/13 so this is a treat that I'm not going to feel bad about. Sam's summer... Delish. And FILLING!!!
  4. Thanks everyone. I went with the grilled salmon and veggies. Only could eat a little because my husband ordered the crab and avo stack and I has a little of that too. :-) Your suggestions were all very helpful!
  5. Any sleeved meal recs for Outback Steakhouse?
  6. I'm finally (after 4 and half years and two children) at my pre-pregnancy weight. Of course my stomach will never be the same but that number sure does make me happy this morning!! :-)
  7. Jillian Michaels 30 day shred
  8. I haven't had a piece since I wrote this thread. Having you guys all out there is such a great support. :-)
  9. I did it! I passed out an entire bag of jelly beans out to my students and didn't have a single one AAAND let my own kids at home have a little from their basket after dinner and didn't touch anything. Plus I worked out on treadmill and burned 300 cals tonight! Feels good. Thanks for listening. :-) I felt more determined knowing some of you were out there in the same boat as me.
  10. Today I'm making a vow to all my fellow sleeve friends... I will stop dabbling in the Easter Candy. Number on the scale hasn't budged since last week and now I know why. There is a reason jelly bellies are called jelly bellies!!! Please feel free to check in on me throughout the day!
  11. My husband and I went to a tapas restaurant last night. Perfect dining for a sleeve. A little taste of everything, nice wine and pure satisfaction. Highly recommend tapas as part of your future dining out experiences! If you're in CT I recommend Barcelona. :-)
  12. I feel like I'm ready for capsules. Anyone know!? Im almost 2 months out from surgery.
  13. I just got runtastic. Supposed to sync with myfitnesspal as well. :-)
  14. Any suggestions!? I know it's been talked about so much on here but now I feel like I'm going nuts. I've finally been getting into working out (started couch to 5k this week)... It'll be a month next week since my surgery (down 35 lbs incl pre op diet). I feel like I should go back to liquids only or just eat even less! I don't know what to do. Any words from the wise??
  15. Just out of curiosity... Those of you with big losses and who watch carbs... How many grams do you allow yourself per day?
  16. Where do you buy them?
  17. I've been able to do liquids with no problems - I had cream of chicken soup the other night (same amount) and felt totally fine. Maybe too fast? I'm still thinking maybe the cheese. Ugh disgusting.
  18. Just had Campbell's healthy request tomato soup make with skim milk and I put a little but of shredded Cheddar on the top. I feel like I am going to barf for the first time since my surgery almost two weeks ago. I have had lots of soups and had no problems! Maybe was it the cheese? It really wasn't much! My heart is pounding and I just want to feel better. I feel so gross! Boo hoo happy friggin Saturday night to me. :-(
  19. Goldfish too????
