My surgery is scheduled for Tuesday the 23rd. There was a last minute opening and I was able to grab it up. So excited, and terrified at the same time.

Congrats I had mine on the 3rd

Had surgery on Apr 8th w/ Dr Turton from Lagrange, GA. Love, love him and his staff!! Doing great so far...am down 26.8 lbs since starting. Very happy and doing well. Even went to hubby's fire station and cooked big dinner for them and was very happy to eat my 3oz of watery grits!

I am on my 3rd day and down 10 lbs.

Had mine on the 4th only lost 12pounds but it look like more I was 215 when I had the surgery my 1st goal is 190pounds

Had surgery April 9th was conversion from band. Band was removed December 11th 2013. I'm mentally hungry. Trying to get my fluid intake is extremely hard. Just don't have the urge to drink. I feel good though in happy so far that I made this choice for conversion. Starting weight well before band 323lb banded 4/1/2013 got down to 230 in June of 2012 but spiked up to 258 in December when band got removed due to complications. Starting weight before vertical sleeve 263 now 243.... AND COUNTING DOWNWARD! :-)
