  3. Best to you. Dont let your nerves get the best of you. I literally remember rolling into the operating room and waking up in recovery. Seemed like 5 minutes!
  4. What have you tried?
  5. Have any of you heard of or ordered from bariatricfoodsource.com?
  6. Hi. I was sleeved back in April. First week home I had some discomfort, moved a little slower, and slept a lot. Bending down for me had to be done slowly as my stomach near my biggest incision was sore. I could get up and get things for myself it was just nice to have help. I was told no steps for 2 weeks so I didn't. Also-I used a shower chair and toilet seat lifter for support. After first 2 days home I was doing my shower on my own.

  11. The chicken in a can is really just like chunks of chicken breast. They (walmart ) have a great value brand that's based in like a tomato basil that's actually really good. They also have original that's just Like chicken breast. The texture works fine for me. I have texture issues as well. This is probably my limit.
  12. Cottage cheese, scrambled eggs, sf jello, sf pudding, mashed potatoes, sf applesauce, refried beans ( like pintos and cheese), and believe it or not the blended chicken isn't too bad- I got a few suggestions on here from others that have been good for me. I bought chicken in the can from walmart-pureed it and topped it w ff cheese salsa and sour cream and its pretty much like Mexican chicken. Also topped w a little spaghetti sauce and parmesan cheese which tastes like chicken parm. I've also done tuna blended w ff mayo. I have been able to tolerate them because I've alw ays liked chicken salad and tuna salad anyways. I've done small portions of these, like 2 oz at a time.

  17. I experienced the same thing. I have managed to be able to get sugar free carnation instant Breakfast shakes down. Its Not as much protein but it helps me. I like vanilla so I found a vendor on amazon that sold vanilla only boxes.
