Was able to fit into goal shirt today (pink) and the birthday was before surgery the rest are 6weeks post op and 30 pounds down

My 1st post. I wish I had found this site sooner.

I'm 2 weeks until my surgery date. I'm nervous but motivated by all these amazing photos.

I'm not entirely sure how I feel about this, and I'm feeling terribly vulnerable...but I'm officially 4 weeks post op and down 25lbs. Until just now when I made this collaboration, I wasn't sure where the pounds came from. I can sortof see it in some areas...what do you guys think?

I can totally tell the difference! You are deffo losing it in your stomach and back! Keep up the great work!

Surgery june 29th 2018 @left at 267 lbs and current on right 215 lbs down 52 lbs so far. I feel great, breath better, sleep better. Feel better! VSG.

I haven't posted in a while. I don't have a lot of before pictures (full body).
I started at 320lbs 1/1/2017, had a pre-liquid diet weight of 297, surgery weight of 280 (surgery date 9/25/2017). Today 8/7/2018, I am 211 lbs, so a total weight loss of 109 lbs.
I have gone from a 4x shirt and 52" waist to a XL and a 38" waist.
