Every doc has different guidelines, but mine doesn't recommend that you ever drink fruit juice or eat much fruit and veggies when you move to regular foods...I guess it has something to do with the strength of the enzymes in the juice that can act as an irritant. Like i said, every doc is different, so yours may not have any such guidelines.

Diet Snapple (Peach Tea) is really good as well.

Fresh squeezed lemonade or limeade are good choices.

I wish I could have that but my nut want me to avoid the acid in fresh lemon

Okay question #2 can you add peanut butter to chocolate protein powder just about 1 tsp?

Order the Chocolate PB2.

I used to mix peanut butter with my chocolate protein. Now I use PB2.

I make my own ice tea also get it with cherry or mango in it no cal taste great

I brew it from organic tea I get at a tea shop

Thank you everyone only 48 more hours to go before surgery and the hints are so helpful.

I have heard a lot of people mix PB with their chocolate protein but just remember to look at the fat, sugar, and calories and calculate that into your calorie count for the day.
