Last post I made, I was at a 4 week stall. That stall has turned to 6 weeks. I feel like a loser.
I started working out on Feb 1st, hoping to break the stall. Even that has not helped. It's all very frustrating.
I was sleeved december 17th and for the first month lost 22 pounds, now the weight is coming off very slowley, if at all. My clothes feel the same, so I know I have not lost inches.
I feel like my old habits are going to creep up and sabotage me........
Sorry, I guess I'm having a pity party day.
